Course production for experts

Course creation for experts, done for you

We take an expert with real practice and a method and turn it into a course people buy: knowledge unpacking, programme, lessons, a school site with a learning platform and CRM, ads and sales. You bring the experience, the voice and the decisions.

How we package an expert

Seven stages, one team

  1. 01

    Unpacking the expertise

A series of interviews: your cases, techniques, the mistakes students keep making and the words you use to explain hard things. We transcribe and sort it by topic.

    You get

An expertise map: who the course is for, the result it delivers, what your method stands on.

    Your part4–8 hours of conversation

  2. 02

    Market review

We collect the programmes of 8–12 strong courses on your topic, module by module: what they promise, how they are built, what they cost, what students complain about in reviews.

    You get

A competitor table and the topics your course covers better than the rest.

  3. 03

    Programme and product ladder

Modules, lessons, practice, tests and the student's final result. Next to it, the product ladder: a free lesson, the core course, plans with coaching.

    You get

The course programme and plans, ready for your sign-off.

    Your partEdits and sign-off

  4. 04

    Lesson production

Lesson scripts and texts written from your transcripts, diagrams and images, tests, homework, checklists. Filming or voice recording, editing, subtitles.

    You get

Finished lessons, loaded into the platform.

Your partFilming or recording to our scripts

  5. 05

The school: site, LMS, CRM, payments

A school site or a course landing page, a learning platform with tests and certificates, a CRM, payments and emails. Lessons open on payment.

    You get

A working school where every request and payment sits on the student's card.

The technical side of the school has its own page: turnkey online school — site, LMS and CRM →

  6. 06

    Marketing launch

Offer and positioning, Meta and Google ads, social content, a free lesson or live session as the way in, emails and bots, analytics from click to payment.

    You get

A flow of requests and a report on what one student costs.

  7. 07

    Sales and iteration

Scripts for you or a sales team, request handling in the CRM, a review of the first cohort: where students drop off, which lessons to rewrite, what to add to the plans.

    You get

A course that gets better with every cohort.

Questions
What is done-for-you course creation?

It is a service where one team turns an expert's practice into an online course that sells. Marketing MIX unpacks the knowledge, builds the programme against 8–12 competing courses, produces the lessons, sets up a school site with a learning platform (LMS) and CRM, then runs ads and sales. The expert brings the experience, the voice and the decisions.

How long does it take to launch a course?

In our experience, usually 8–12 weeks from the first meeting to the start of sales: unpacking and programme take 2–3 weeks, lessons 3–6 weeks, the school and marketing are prepared in parallel. It depends on the size of the course, your recording schedule and how fast edits come back.

I have no big audience. Is a launch worth it?

Yes. The first cohort comes from ads and a free lesson: we test demand on a small budget first, then scale what pays back. Ad spend is billed separately.

Do I have to be on camera?

We pick the format for the topic and your schedule: video with you on screen, voice over slides and diagrams, or text lessons with illustrations. Many courses mix all three.

Who owns the course and the platform?

The course materials are yours. The platform can be rented on our server or taken with its source code to your own server.

What does course production cost?

We quote after the brief: the cost depends on the size of the course, filming and marketing. You can start with a 30-minute strategy session for €100 to go through your topic, market and course format.

My course already sells through Telegram or Zoom. Can you help?

Yes, moving a school is a separate scenario: we move lessons, students and payments to your platform and recut live-session recordings into short lessons.
